Some of the pictures are intriguing. What are the stories behind them?

  2. Most are from the Iraq war. Others include, South America, Berlin, and North Carolina. Any one in particular you would like to know more about?

    Dear Mr. Meehan,
Do you have any details of the photographer who to the picture of the scud missile intercept by Patriot missiles over Riyadh on 24 Feb 1991, which is shown in one of your internet articles? I have a full size photograph of the same in my study here in the UK. At the time, I was in Jeddah working for the national airline – Saudia. Thanks and regards, Robert Gale

    • Hello Mr. Gale,
Although the Patriot vs Scud battles were seen by many more than once over a period of time, our photos of the incidents did not come out very well. This particular photo was sold at local markets and there is a signature on the front but it looks more like initials and I cannot make out the name.
      Regards,
      Scott
