Major (Ret.) Scott A. Meehan, has written five books and is an award winning photographer. He is a retired U.S. Army veteran who served for twenty-five years (1980-2005) and now resides in Orlando, Florida with his family, including four grandchildren. Scott has been on local radio shows, was interviewed by James Glanz of the New York Times, and has published letters to the editor at Time Magazine and The Army Times. Following the footsteps of C. S. Lewis, Kurt Vonnegut, and Ernest Hemingway, he blends his unique military experiences into his writing aimed at a wide diverse audience. Scott’s genres include paranormal, romance, YA/MG and his autobiography is, “Stone In A Sling” and “All I Could Be.” Scott is the Business Department Lead and teaches Business and Computer courses at City College in Altamonte Springs, Florida. He has volunteered with youth organizations, refugee support organizations, and has contributed to military family support groups.
